The Viking® Universal Steamer Insert fits most Viking 2, 3, and 4-Quart Sauce Pans. It will also fit most standard 6.25, 7 and 8 inch diameter (16 cm, 18 cm and 20 cm) saucepans and casseroles, turning them into steamers for vegetables, dumplings, fish and more. Constructed from surgical grade 18/8 stainless steel, the Viking steamer is non-reactive and will not react with acidic foods. The strainer doubles as a colander for straining and washing foods before and after cooking. The Viking Universal Steamer features riveted cast stainless steel handles for Comfort, balance and control. Oven, grill and dishwasher safe.
