Return Policy
We will make every effort to make you happy with every purchase. In that vein, we will accept any item’s return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 7 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit for up to 30 days. Returned items must be unused and in a salable condition in their original packaging. Gift cards cannot be converted into cash. Personalized items are not returnable so please take extra special care when giving instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once we have received your returned item(s).
To initiate a return, contact us at bonjour@tresbellefete.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want when you want it is to handle your purchase and your return separately. We cannot guarantee any item for purchase’s availability while we wrangle a return. That one precious thing you love someone else is going to love, too, and buy it right out from under you. If we have already sold our back stock, then you may have to wait for the next delivery. Gah!
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Registry FAQ
SETUP
Create your Fete registry online in just a few clicks here or come reqister in store. Either way, you will have one easy link share it with your friends and family with the privacy settings of your choosing.
Our online registry is a credit based system. You will receive notifications for each registry purchase via email, and will accumulate the credit value of these gifts in your Registry Account. Once your are ready to redeem your credits, you can apply them to any item in our store. This helps to reduce returns, odd numbers of items, and multiple shipments arriving while you are busy preparing for your wedding.
Two easy ways! You can visit us at our store and we will gladly help you items to your registry. Anything added in store will be reflected online for your guests to view as well.
You can also add to your registry online using your registry login credentials. Once you're logged in, simply click 'Add to Registry' on any given product and it will be added.
REGISTRY PURCHASES
Every time a gift is purchased for you we will send you an email record of the purchase. The email will include which item was purchase and a personal message from the gift giver.
All of this information will also be traceable with your thank you note tracker in your portal (so no worries if you loose an email)!
They certainly can! If your guest would prefer to bring a gift can visit us at our store or call us. We will work with them to find just the right gift and make sure it is tracked with your registry.
Please do note that orders placed online will always only be processed as credits to your registry account.
The privacy setting on your registry is up to you. Our registry inherently has two different privacy settings. It can either be public and searchable or private, in which case it is only accessible to friends and family with whom you have decided to share your registry link.
No. While some of your final selections may be in stock and ready for you to take home, in most cases, we will need to order your selections and have them sent to you.
When you are ready to spend your Gift Registry Credit you can shop online with a gift card value of the amount you wish to redeem or simply call and set up a redemption appointment in our store. In order for us to best prepare in store appointments, we ask that you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We also suggest you take an inventory of any physical gifts you may have received that will affect your redemption. Please note that prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

Absolutely. You will be able to view all the gifts that have been purchased alongside the names of the purchasers. In addition, you will be able to keep track of your total registry balance.
However you redeem your credits, prices will be based on the current selling price of the items you select.
Each registry purchase has a shipping fee applied to it, that way when it is time to order your gifts, shipping is all taken care of.
If your shipping address is international, we will settle on the shipping charge together. It will be defined based on the value of your items, as well as the quantities and frequencies of shipments.
Any money left over will remain as store credit on your account. That credit never expires and can be used on anything from our store. Unfortunately, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
REGISTRY CHANGES & ADJUSTMENTS
We strives to ensure that every item on your registry will be available when you need it. However, the ultimate availability of items rests with the manufacturers. Should you receive a Registry Account purchase for an item that is discontinued, the value of the item will be applied to the purchase of a suitable replacement. We regret that a cash refund of the value of the discontinued item is not available.
You are welcome to redeem your credits for the item you originally selected and was gifted to your, or to apply the credit to something new.
Please feel free to contact our team and we will help you redesign your registry to your liking. Please note that should you choose to use the value of a Gift to make a new selection, all prices will be based on the current selling price of the item you were initially gifted.
