New Herend Asian Garden dinnerware is a beautifully stylized and hand-painted example of Chinoiserie design featuring six various motifs of fanciful, exuberant images of life in an imagined China. Select pieces of the Herend Asian Garden collection feature a combination of the motifs referred to as "Bold". The Herend Asian Garden pattern is inspired by a pair of cups designed in Vienna in the early 19th century and displays a striking play of color trimmed with an elegant matte gold banding.
