The included pillow inserts (square and lumbar) are 95/5 feather down and typically ship in 2-4 business days. To maintain a full shape and high quality look our inserts are designed to be larger than the pillowcases. Square pillows are 22"X22" with 24"X24" inserts, and lumbar pillows are 14"X40" with 16" X 42" inserts.
