A set of three cheese knives in our ever-popular Gabriella pattern, including specific designs for soft cheese and harder varieties, like parmesan. Thoughtful details include an offset blade on the soft cheese knife, ensuring one’s knuckles are spared when slicing Camembert, and a forked, hooked end on the traditional, multi-purpose cheese knife blade, allowing for a skillful, one-handed slice-and-transfer-to-cracker movement. Our cheese knives are made by casting pewter around 18/10 stainless steel working ends that are then joined and finished by hand, without the use of any adhesives. The knives feature forged stainless steel blades; all pieces are stamped with the signature hallmarks of our brand.
