Our umbrella stand is a perennial best-seller for both its style and functionality. It is, of course, a handsome vessel for umbrellas, but also for seasonal foliage like spring cherry blossoms or fall bittersweet. Best yet, it makes a stylish statement even when empty, placed on the corner of a large bar, or on an entry table.
Each stand is stamped with hallmarks representing our workshop, our company, the tin content of our alloy and the region of Italy where our pieces are made.
Unlike silver, pewter tarnishes very slowly and requires almost no maintenance. Should you choose to clean your pewter, hand wash in warm water with a liquid dish soap. Be sure to dry the pewter completely, as water allowed to dry on pewter may cause spots. Any spots that appear can be easily removed by polishing or by gently rubbing the area in small circular motions with very fine “0000” steel wool.
